New Space Rent Promotion - The Space Rent won't be charged

The Karting of Almancil have the pleasure to introduce the Birthday Service.

This Service it’s made for Kids from 3 to 12 years old and has the mission to give a different day to your son and his or her friends in that so special day.

For that we have the products, amusements and staff to give the satisfaction of an fantastic day to your son and friends.

Activities

Depending on the age of the Kids you can buy the activities individually in packs* of 5

	Junior Karts The Junior Karting it's made for kids between 7 and 14 years old, they are very safe, fun and educational for the kid's growth. Pack 5 tickets / 5 min. = 22€		Mini F1 The Mini F1 is made for kids between 3 and 6 years and they are very special because it's the first driving experience. Pack 5 tickets / 5 min. = 20€
	Mini Z The Mini Z it's a radio control racing for all ages, it's inside the bar and can be total fun in a competition mode. Pack 5 tickets / 5 min. = 20€		Mini Boats The Mini Boats are ideal for kids between 3 and 7 years old, they are moved with a small engine while the kid drives it. Pack 5 tickets / 5 min. = 12€
	Trampolines The Trampolines it's made for all ages, it's totally safe and it gives a unique experience. Pack 5 tickets / 5 min. = 20€		Rodeo - Not Available Try our mechanic bull, and see how much time you can stay on top, the bull it's controlled by an operator. Pack 5 tickets / 5 min. = 20€

In the case of bringing food will not be provided plates, couverts, napkins, etc..

All packages are exclusive to birthday parties, for a maximum of 20 children, for a higher number ask us a personalized quote

Animations are provided in Karting Almancil for a maximum of 3 hours.

Service subject to availability. Reservations are required with a 100% deposit for 1-2 weeks in advance

General Conditions

Booking

we recommend to book around 15 days before, in order to ensure availability.

All the prices and informations described on this document can change without previous notice, contact us to confirm.

Space Rent

Wont be supplied, dishes, glasses, coverts, napkins, etc. and wont will be allowed to bring drinks, this will be consumed trough the Karting bar

service.

The space rent it's for 4 hours, in the morning (10am~2pm) or in the afternoon (2pm~6pm). * The rental space is required. If the overall birthday consumption (activities, drinks and menus, not the animation packs & the space rent itself) exceeds € 150 we'll refund 50% of the rental, if the global consumption exceeds € 250 we'll refund 100%

Pre-Payment

As you book us it's necessary to make a payment of 50% of the value of the space rent.

In case of cancellation there will not be any refund.

Decoration & Cake

The decoration it's composed by candy's, papers, ribbons, balloons and towels.

You´ll have to bring the Birthday Cake and the Kid's ;).

Cleaning

We appreciate you leave the anniversary place minimally cleaned and arranged.
